While we do offer international shipping, there are some important considerations to address before proceeding. Please note that our systems are designed to operate within the US electrical standards of 120 volts and 60Hz. If using our units outside the US, you may require converters or adapters to ensure compatibility with your country's electrical system. This is something we do not offer.
Our warranty (express or implied) excludes international sales and buyers residing outside the contiguous US, so the warranty would be void. However, our warranty team remains available to provide assistance in diagnosing/troubleshooting and offering advice on any mechanical defects in the cold tank. In the event that replacement parts or hardware are necessary, we will typically supply them at our cost; however, you will be responsible for covering all shipping costs. It's important to be aware that shipping expenses can be expensive, typically ranging between $4,000 and $8,000 US dollars.
By proceeding with an order for which the product will be used outside of the USA, you are acknowledging that there is absolutely no warranty, express or implied.
