Renu Therapy Cold Plunge Tank Water Chiller Extended Warranty (Home Use Only)
Upon purchase of this extended warranty for the Renu Therapy Cold Plunge Tank Water Chiller, Renu Therapy shall extend the One (1) year Water Chiller Warranty provided by the “Renu Therapy Cold Plunge Tank Limited Warranty (Home Use Only)” for an additional Four (4) years. Said Extended Warranty shall provide coverage after the Builder Limited Warranty has expired on the terms and conditions set forth in the “Renu Therapy Cold Plunge Tank Limited Warranty (Home Use Only)”. Total coverage between the “Renu Therapy Cold Plunge Tank Limited Warranty (Home Use Only)” and this extended warranty shall not exceed Five (5) total years from the date of delivery.

Owner’s Responsibility
The owner should perform required maintenance on the chiller as the manufacturer recommends (See chiller operation manual included with the unit). Maintenance includes a thorough cleaning of the chiller unit and applicable air filters.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
For service under the original Limited Warranty (within the first year after delivery), please contact Renu Therapy at help@renutherapy.com. Please provide us with the following information: name of the purchaser, proof of purchase, dated receipt, item purchased, and details of failure. Submit Claims within the specified warranty period.
For service after the expiration of the 1-year Water Chiller warranty provided in the “Renu Therapy Cold Plunge Tank Limited Warranty (Home Use Only),” but within the additional 4-year warranty period provided by this warranty, please also contact us at help@renutherapy.com. Please provide us with the following information: name of the purchaser, proof of purchase of the original unit, proof of purchase of this extended warranty, dated receipt, item purchased, and details of failure. Submit Claims within the specified warranty period.
Renu Therapy Technicians handle Most warranty issues via email or phone with one of our Renu Therapy technicians. Renu Therapy will cover the part(s) if a repair covered under this warranty is necessary, but the customer is responsible for any shipping-related costs. If Renu Therapy provides a replacement chiller, Renu Therapy may require the faulty unit to be returned to Renu. Renu will cover any shipping costs associated with the return of the defective unit only. The time needed to replace a Chiller is approximately 30 minutes, and the customer performs most chiller replacements. In cases where the customer cannot complete the necessary repairs, the customer will be responsible for any labor costs associated with the replacement.
Renu will continue to offer reasonable phone support for issues occurring after the expiration of the warranty period as it sees fit. However, the customer will be 100% responsible for any associated costs, such as parts, labor, shipping, etc., after the applicable warranty period expires.
Warranty Service Performance:
Renu Therapy reserves the right to determine whether replacement or repair of a covered part or item is necessary. The remainder of the original Limited Warranty period covers any component(s) repaired or replaced under this warranty. If required, the customer is responsible for all associated costs for any services rendered by an approved general service provider.
Warranty Limitations & Exclusions:
This Water Chiller Extended Warranty does not provide coverage for any items purchased separately, such as oil and dirt buoys, sanitizer sticks, Renu Total Protective Cover, or any other item included or not included with original tub purchase. This warranty specifically applies to the Water Chiller only. This warranty is only valid if purchased within 364 days of delivery of the associated cold plunge tank.
This warranty is automatically void if Renu Therapy or a designated representative determines that the product has been altered, abused, neglected or in any other way mistreated or used for any other purpose. Customer is responsible for regular maintenance of the product. Any problems or failures arising from failure to provide proper maintenance, water chemistry/balance will void this warranty. Using improper or harsh cleaning agents will also void this warranty. This warranty will be void if the customer uses any replacement parts or accessories not genuine or original to the unit or provided by Renu Therapy.
This warranty is valid for in-home & residential use only and only applies to units sold and operated in the United States of America (this does include all 50 US States, but not any US Territories outside of the 50 US States). Any commercial use of this product will automatically void this warranty. All repairs must be performed by an approved agent of Renu Therapy. Repairs performed by someone not approved by Renu Therapy will not be covered under this warranty. The tub owner accepts full liability for any repairs provided by someone not approved by Renu.
The liability, if any, of the manufacturer, Renu Therapy, shall not exceed the original purchase value of the product covered under this warranty (the water chiller). Renu Therapy is not responsible for any incidental damages that may occur, such as freight damage, or any other consequential damage. Renu Therapy is not liable for any injury or loss that arises from any defect covered under this Water Chiller Extended warranty, either incidental or consequential, including but not limited to, loss of use of the tub even if Renu Therapy was made aware of potential damage prior to occurrence of said damage.
This Water Chiller Extended warranty is the exclusive warranty given by Renu Therapy and supersedes any prior, contrary or additional representations in regards to the water chiller. All other warranties, express or implied, including any statutory warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed except to the extent prohibited by law. In such an event, such warranty is limited to the duration of the warranty periods set forth above. This exclusion applies even if this warranty fails of its essential purposes and regardless of whether damages are sought for breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, or strict liability in tort or under any other legal theory. In no event is Renu Therapy, LLC liable for any other form of damages, whether direct, indirect, liquidated, incidental, consequential, punitive exemplary or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings or revenue, loss of income, loss of business, loss of production, loss of opportunity or loss of reputation. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This Water Chiller Extended Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights, which vary from state to state.
