Before you order
- Doorways: We recommend 36" wide doorways along the full path to your install spot, including turns, gates and stairways. The Aurelius® is 50.75" wide, so measure carefully and reach out to us before ordering.
- Delivery: Every cold plunge ships fully assembled,except the Vero™, which needs light setup (connecting the step and installing the lid straps). Plan for a few people and a furniture dolly to move it into place. Delivery is curbside. You will get a tracking number and the freight company will call you to schedule the final appointment.
- Floor: Filled weights run from about 1,065 to 1,500 lbs. Choose a level, water-safe surface that can support the full weight, near a floor drain.
- Power: Standard U.S. 120V / 15A, 3-prong outlet. A dedicated circuit is recommended. Avoid extension cords.
- Plumbing: None needed. Fill with a standard garden hose, and drain by running a hose to a floor drain.
- Clearance and ventilation: Never block the vents. Indoors, choose a well-ventilated room since the chiller releases warm air.
- Noise: About 58 dB at 3 ft from the large grill (Vero™: about 62 dB at 36" in front).
- Filtration: Every model includes filtration plus ozone purification. The Cold Stoic® 3.0 and Aurelius® use dual-stage filtration with an easy-access external filter.
